Seasoning:
1/4 Cup salt
1 tbls. Pepper
1/2 tbls. Onion powder
1/2 tbls. Celery salt
1/4 tbls. Paprika
1/2 tbls. Accent
For any 8 lb. rib roast:
* Wash the roast at room temperature.
* Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
* Rub the seasoning all over the rib :)
For Au jus:
Boil the bones, skin and trimmings - add onions, garlic, carrots a bay leaf for about two hours.
Cook the Rib
Stick the rib in the preheated oven for one hour then turn the oven off (do not open the oven door!).
45 minutes before you're ready to eat, turn the oven back on at 375 degrees.
